The 2025 EFOS User Event came and went in a flash, but what a day! Set against the impressive backdrop of the Hilton at Heathrow, with planes soaring overhead, the venue offered a striking reminder of our industry and the impact of the work we do every day.
The evening before, we kicked things off with a relaxed reception. Customers joined us for drinks and networking. It was the perfect way to set the tone for the day ahead and reconnect with the EFOS community.
The day itself began with a review of the last 12 months at Evoke, covering team, customer, and product growth, as well as the launch of both EFOS Shift Log and EFOS Academy earlier this year. Attention then turned to the highly anticipated EFOS roadmap and what’s coming next.
So, what's next for EFOS?
Attendees were given an exclusive first look at some of the developments we’ve been working on, including demos of the upcoming mobile app and V16 of our iPad app. While Shift Log and Training continue to be key focuses, we also shared a glimpse of what’s coming for EFOS Leave, designed with people at the heart. On top of that, there are plenty of new features aimed at making EFOS even more powerful for users. Let’s just say there was a lot to get excited about, but that’s all we’re revealing outside of the room for now!
A word from your peers
It wasn’t all about us this year – we shook things up by inviting three brilliant industry leaders to share their perspectives. First up were Airtanker’s own Kerry Mitchell, Head of Cabin Crew Training & Compliance Manager, and Stephen Dargan, CBT Manager, who presented their next-gen training programme for cabin crew.
They were followed by Cedric Paillard, CEO of the Airline Pilot Club, who explored the role of AI in aviation. His talk sparked thoughtful discussion about how artificial intelligence can enhance operations and support smarter decision-making.

One of the most engaging parts of the day came when we opened the floor to attendees. Alongside our panel of industry speakers, everyone had the opportunity to dive deeper into the day’s topics, ask questions, and exchange insights.
Looking ahead
We wrapped the day by looking ahead to 2026, sharing early plans and gathering feedback from our community on what they want to see next. Final thoughts brought the event to a close, leaving everyone excited about the future of EFOS and the wider industry.
