We are thrilled to announce our series of ebt workshops are now complete.
Although the past year has certainly presented its challenges, we’ve been busy behind the scenes further developing our EFOS Training Management Suite to enhance our support for EBT programmes through dedicated electronic forms and powerful analytical and reporting tools.
Designed in collaboration with our consultant Captain Steve Deverall, our EBT forms have been built to enable airlines to quickly implement their EBT programmes. Intuitive and user-friendly, our tailored forms allow trainers to document pilot performance easily and accurately, with high levels of data capture identifying individual training needs and allowing for the collection of critical data to compile EBT analytical reports. Our built-in Query Engine also provides powerful opportunities for data evaluation, performing the necessary analysis to support instructor concordance and ensure compliance.
Throughout March and April, we hosted dedicated workshops with our customers to gain crucial feedback on our EBT solution and discuss their EBT plans. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we adopt a collaborative partnership approach with all our clients to ensure our software solutions meet their needs. When designing new features within our Product Suites we hold consultative sessions with our clients to gain priceless feedback, building on this to continually drive innovative software that exceeds expectations and delivers real results.
Since the conclusion of our customer sessions, we have been busy analysing all the valuable feedback we received and will be using this to inform and determine our future plans. A recurring theme that ran through each session was the importance of data analytical reports to support compliance, examine competency mapping, and monitor instructor concordance. With this in mind we have prioritised our development to focus on perfecting our robust set of EBT specific reports.
