West Atlantic choose EFOS to streamline their airline operations, including training, leave management, document management and shift handover management

Evoke Systems Limited are proud to announce the renewal of their contract with West Atlantic UK Limited, continuing a successful collaboration that began in 2016.

Evoke provide their full range of software solutions to support West Atlantic UK with their daily operations, including EFOS Training, EFOS Documents, EFOS Leave, and EFOS Shift Log.

Moving forward under the renewed agreement, West Atlantic UK will benefit from using even more product enhancements and new features aimed at optimising workflows and driving further efficiencies.

Product implemented

Before EFOS

Air Malta was struggling with a leave management process that was highly complex and labour intensive. Each leave request had to be processed manually, which meant pilots and cabin crew were forced to wait a long time to get confirmation of their leave.

 

After EFOS

EFOS Leave replicated the airline’s custom validation rules in the new digital platform. This made the transition smoother, as these rules were already accepted by both union representatives and crew members.
