The advanced automation capabilities allow airlines, including TUI, to fully process thousands of leave requests within minutes.
One of the standout features of EFOS Leave is its ability to provide crew members with increased visibility and control over leave bidding, making the entire process more democratic. The user-friendly platform enables them to effortlessly request, amend, and cancel their leave through a single interface, resulting in rapid responses and greatly improved morale. This streamlined approach has eliminated the frustration often associated with manual leave management methods and empowered crew members to plan their time off with ease.
