Emerald Airlines choose EFOS Training

Emerald Airlines choose EFOS

We are delighted to announce that Emerald Airlines has taken a significant stride in enhancing their crew training by selecting EFOS Training as their preferred Training Management System.

The decision signifies the beginning of an exciting partnership designed to enhance and streamline Emerald Airlines’ training operations. This includes improvements across training delivery, monitoring, information management, compliance, data analysis and reporting.

Above all, this collaboration promises to deliver a vastly improved experience for training teams, instructors, and crew members alike.

James Cartwright, Senior Commercial Manager at Evoke said:

‘Airline training delivery is a multifaceted challenge, one that demands careful consideration when investing in a new Training Management System. From the outset, the Emerald Airlines team has set out clear goals and requirements for this endeavour and I’m very proud  that EFOS has been chosen to help fulfil these objectives. At Evoke, we’re thrilled to kickstart this project and begin our partnership journey with Emerald Airlines.

Mark Cunningham, Nominated Person Crew Training (NPCT) at Emerald Airlines said:

‘We are delighted to collaborate with the team at Evoke, leveraging their innovative EFOS system to streamline the training delivery to our Pilots and Cabin Crew. This partnership will ensure that both our training deliver and record storage are maintained to the highest standards of efficiency and accuracy, strengthening our overall training programme.’

Before EFOS

Air Malta was struggling with a leave management process that was highly complex and labour intensive. Each leave request had to be processed manually, which meant pilots and cabin crew were forced to wait a long time to get confirmation of their leave.

After EFOS

EFOS Leave replicated the airline’s custom validation rules in the new digital platform. This made the transition smoother, as these rules were already accepted by both union representatives and crew members.

What they said

“The project was delivered very swiftly, enabling Air Malta’s team to quickly realise the benefits of the new software. The team at Evoke were committed and totally onboard for this project. The system was easy to understand, and help was always found along the project.”
