Hosting our Training Administrator’s Workshop

The Evoke team recently delivered a user training session with some of our EFOS Administrators at the International Aviation Academy Norwich. The training focused on some of our existing features such as Course Management, Permissions and Corrections along with an introduction to our new Qualifications module.

We are truly passionate about our products and the people that use them. Our team really enjoy regularly spending time directly with our users and helping them to maximise the benefits of using our EFOS system, whilst seeking their feedback to help continuously improve our products. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day and the Evoke team were particularly pleased with the feedback from the airlines;

‘Excellent training course, well organised content with clear explanations. I found the attention to help with each airlines specific requirements excellent. All topics were very well covered.’

Clare Dear, Training Support Team Leader at easyJet

‘The discussion vs. data shown works really well and makes it easy to follow. Very professional. Always appreciate the time and effort to put it all together so well’

Gemma Wheatcroft-Chaplin, Flight Crew Training Support at DHL

Before EFOS

Air Malta was struggling with a leave management process that was highly complex and labour intensive. Each leave request had to be processed manually, which meant pilots and cabin crew were forced to wait a long time to get confirmation of their leave.

After EFOS

EFOS Leave replicated the airline’s custom validation rules in the new digital platform. This made the transition smoother, as these rules were already accepted by both union representatives and crew members.

What they said

“The project was delivered very swiftly, enabling Air Malta’s team to quickly realise the benefits of the new software. The team at Evoke were committed and totally onboard for this project. The system was easy to understand, and help was always found along the project.”
