Case Study Training Management Suite

The challenge was to review the Airline’s current training records and forms, identify efficient workflow process, minimal duplication and maximum digital automation using the proprietary intelligent form features within EFOS.

The Project

The challenge was to review the Airline’s current training records and forms, identify efficient workflow process, minimal duplication and maximum digital automation using the proprietary intelligent form features within EFOS. This took place across training for Pilots, Cabin Crew, Engineers and Ground Operations staff. This included integration with the Airline Operating System to provide crew data.

Working collaboratively both parties agreed the workflow process then Evoke built the forms, courses  & qualification expiry management onto a electronic environment, but update and nullify any non-value items, which was hugely beneficial for the training community. Quick, visual analysis module allows the forms and reports to add real benefit and maintain all regulatory requirements.

“The support we received with Evoke building the forms and course structures on our behalf has been invaluable. This has led to efficient automation, minimal data errors and excellent business intelligence now proving of real value to the Airline Training Teams.  “

Head of Training

Working together to provide the perfect training solution.

Once the data feeds had been built and tested the project involved the training form and course structure, design, build and test. Working with the four training teams we built over 200+ electronic forms, with a mixture of face to face meetings, demos, recorded demos and regular weekly updates – sharing a wealth of knowledge and Aviation technical training expertise.

Group training took place face to face and via demos to allow a strong understanding of how to use the forms to their full potential, prior to ‘Go Live’ dates. The training teams then tested the forms and course structures in a staging environment. These ‘Go Live’ dates were completed in batches which allowed a controlled and manageable rollout across all departments.
