Senior Developer
Salary Range – £38,000 to £50,000

We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our team.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Senior Developer seeking a stimulating role where they can continue to learn and progress personally and professionally.

In this role you will be responsible for developing high quality software products within an agile environment utilising the latest tools and techniques. You will provide support to the wider Development Team, encouraging growth and knowledge of product and software development methods, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

You will have a thorough understanding of Product and Agile methodologies to support the delivery of the strategic product roadmap and to ensure the highest quality of products through the full SDLC. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our product suites, to ensure you are able to service them effectively and provide training and support to customers and colleagues.

You will support project delivery, sharing in the overall responsibility for delivering to deadlines and providing regular updates. You will support the backlog management and prioritisation, iteration planning, documentation, and elaboration of the user stories and play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting completion of release/sprint goals.

You may be asked to undertake additional duties to those above, either on a temporary or permanent basis, which the Company reasonably believes you are capable of carrying out or for which you will be provided training.

The normal hours for this role are 37.5 hours covering Monday to Friday, and we offer generous flexible working and work-from-home options following training and probation.

Essential Technical Experience:

C# with .NET 4.5+

AngularJS (1.6)

Strong JavaScript and/or Typescript

SQL (preferably T-SQL)

Confident with Data Feeds and API

Desirable Technical Experience:

Essential Role Criteria:

Computer Science Degree or an equivalent or related Degree

Service Desk Supervisor

Salary Range – £30,000 to £38,000 depending on experience.

We are seeking a Service Desk Supervisor to join our team.

This is a very hands-on role that would suit an individual with strong technical and customer service skills who enjoys variety, autonomy and is keen to have an area of responsibility which they have the opportunity to personally drive, develop and grow into a management position.

In this role you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the service helpdesk to ensure excellent customer service delivery within service level agreements and in accordance with contractual agreements, policies, processes, and procedures.

You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our product suites, to ensure you are able to service them effectively and provide support and training to customers. You will personally provide 1st and 2nd line support to our customers via phone, web chat, email, and ticketing systems, whilst contributing to the teams’ overall continuous service improvements.

You will be hands-on with monitoring and communicating progress and resolution of service enquiries and to escalate issues where appropriate. In addition, you will provide general support to the Infrastructure Manager, including managing all Site Release communications to our customers.

You will use your expertise to recommend and implement ways to simplify, improve, and automate processes internally and with customers to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You may be asked to undertake additional duties to those above, either on a temporary or permanent basis, which the Company reasonably believes you are capable of carrying out or for which you will be provided training.

The hours for this role are 09.00-17.30 covering Monday to Friday, with some flexible working and work-from-home available also following probation.

Essential Role Criteria:

Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a supervisory position in a technical customer service based role

Practical experience in Customer Service Desk Management and SLA based delivery, ideally in a B2B environment

Business or Computer Science related degree, or equivalent qualification/experience

Technical understanding and experience up to 2nd Line with a hands-on, pro-active approach to progressing and resolving Service Desk enquiries

Working knowledge and experience of ITIL frameworks

Strong Excel skills (intermediate or advanced level preferred)

Exceptionally diligent and attentive to detail

Experienced in report generation and statistical analysis

Excellent written and verbal English skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build collaborative working relationships and interact effectively with customers and colleagues

Ability to think critically and identify process improvement areas across multiple business functions

Experience of implementing process management (change management)

Demonstrable leadership and supervisory skills

Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills

Desirable Role Criteria:

Understanding or experience of working to ISO quality management standards and framework

Business Analyst
Salary Range – £23,000 to £30,000 depending on experience

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team.

This is a very interesting role that would suit an individual with strong analytical skills who enjoys complexity, variety, and autonomy.

In this role you will be responsible for working alongside our customers to evaluate and obtain their airline’s training and operational requirements.  You will then coordinate, design, and build these into online data capture forms which will also be used for BI information and analysis. In addition, you will build customer data reports using in-house software and use SQL to validate customer data and to make required amendments.

You will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our airline customers, by supporting the effective management of the service desk. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our various product suites, to ensure you are able to provide advice, support, and training to customers.

You will support project delivery, sharing in the overall responsibility for delivering to deadlines and provide regular reports and updates to the Project Manager. Using your expertise, you will identify ways to simplify, improve, and automate processes internally and with customers to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
