- EFOS Overview
The operations board allows the availability, utilisation, future tasking and whereabouts of aircraft and crew to be viewed and edited by staff from engineering, flight operations, crew control and commercial planning. The systems can also be configured to allow all EFOS users to view this information. The operational log is for use by duty staff from the airline’s operations, crewing, flight planning, security and engineering departments to record events that occur during a shift in a structured and accountable format. The system is highly structured to provide analysis of key events and includes an audited hand-over check list.
