Admin team create leave bidding periods based according to the airline’s agreed leave rules.
Leave periods can have rules and thresholds for certain weeks or months, or restrictions based on rank, fleet and base.
Crew members can request and track leave through the intuitive web-based leave module.
At the end of the bidding period, the administrator grants, declines or adjust leave based on a number of scenarios such as first come first served, seniority or priority based points system.
The module is fully transparent to the crew and uses email notifications to keep users informed of activities affecting their leave.
The final plan can be exported in a number of standard formats for importing into third party rostering systems.
