Depending on the nature of the issues, EFOS automatically creates reports distributed to the relevant departmental managers to acknowledge and resolve the issue. Full drill down charting capability provide the management teams with valuable analysis tools to quickly identify ongoing issues. Crew members are included in the resolution process to provide a positive feedback loop between the crew and management teams. Paperwork is replaced by efficient, exception based electronic reporting. Airlines have seen significant improvements in customer service and crew morale.
